Production/Delivery
- Our current lead time is determined by the average production time of orders.
- We do not guarantee production times as workload varies from week to week.
- We do our best to provide the fastest fulfillment of your order without limiting quality control.
- All of our cabinets are in stock just ready to be shipped.
- All of our doors & draws are made to order when payment was received.
- This will allows us to provide the lowest cost possible.
ASSEMBLY/SERVICES : (FLORIDA ONLY)
- Assembly service available for an additional charge. $30 Wall & Base $70 Oven & Pantry.
- Assembled orders must be paid in full prior to assembly.
- Matching edge banding available at an additional charge on assembled orders only.

FREIGHT & DELIVERY
- Please call to request quote. Any additional services (lift gate, etc.) must be advised at the
time of ordering to ensure deliveries are made in a timely manner. - We use LTL carrier’s service for deliveries.
- RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES: LTL carrier requires an appointment for residential deliveries. If customer is not available at time of delivery, a redelivery charge will be applicable as per the accessorial tariff of the carrier.
- Shipping liability is based on the respective carrier terms and conditions as per their rules and tariff regulations.
- Upon delivery a notation exception must be noted on the delivery receipt if packaging is not in perfect condition.
- All orders are to be prepaid prior to shipping.
SPECIAL ORDERS
- Orders are to be prepaid in full at time of final approval.
- Special orders are not refundable.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- Exchanges or returns are subject to management discretion and approval.
- No returns on assembled cabinets.
